Harassing comments without an e-mail address

I am getting harassing comments on my blog from a guy calling himself ‘Johnny’ and not providing an e-mail address. I just checked my settings, and it’s set to not allow anyone to post without including an e-mail address, and I certainly wouldn’t want to blacklist anyone just because their name is Johnny.

So this is basically a technical support question that WordPress doesn’t want to answer because I can’t afford a premium account.

Hi there,

From your WordPress.com dashboard, you should be able to go to Site > Comments, go to Johnny’s comment, click User’s Info at the top right of his comment, and see his email, site info, IP address, and an option to block his comments:

That does help. Thank you. He’s on his last warning, but I wanted to know how to do it in advance because his name was black and unclickable, and his e-mail was showing blank when I accidentally clicked to edit his comment.
