Guided transfer refund.

I have just paid $129 for the guided refund, but have found I don’t need it. I cannot apply for a refund as it doesn’t appear in my upgrades. I would appreciate some help. Thank you.

Do you have another account you might have used to purchase the upgrade? That is a common issue with things not being seen in the Upgrades or Billing section
