Gravatar struggles

    I am currently trying to use Gravatar to add profile pictures for our staff members. It was going great for the first 28 emails, but now I am unable to confirm anymore emails. Is there a reason why? Also does anyone know the hours for the Gravatar tech support? They never seem to be open.
