  My gravatar profile picture is not showing on my WordPress site, I uploaded it more than 2 weeks ago and it still doesn’t show. What should I do?

  Hi there,

  Are you referring to the profile picture on your self-hosted site connected via Jetpack or your WordPress.com site? It appears your Jetpack site is down, and I don’t see much content on your WordPress.com site.

  Please provide a direct link to the page where your Gravatar picture is not showing, and we’ll be happy to take a look at this for you.
