Gravatar Problem

    Hi, there is a problem about gravatar on my website. I tried many times with another accounts but my website doesn’t show Gravatar profile photo.

    Hi there,

    I can confirm that you do not appear to have a gravatar thumbnail set up for your account when I look here: https://en.gravatar.com/ilteriss

    To clarify, do you have more than one email address added in your Gravatar account? We are not familiar with the Zox News theme, but its likely that it is looking for the image associated with your primary email address.

    I see you have a secondary email address added, and have added a grvatar image to that email, but because it is a secondary email your theme may not be able to see it. In that event you may need to set it as the primary email address for your account, so it also appears as your primary profile image.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your service. I arranged my profile and removed secondary mail. But it’s still same.

    Just look head of page. I cannot change.

    There’s some general information about the site profile function here on WordPress.org:
    https://wordpress.org/support/article/users-your-profile-screen/

    However if the email address for your “admin” account on https://www.inceleriz.com is not the same as your ilteriss Gravatar profile, then your site cannot detect the picture you selected for your ilteriss Gravatar profile. Do you have any way to check that your “admin” account for https://www.inceleriz.com uses the same email address as your Gravatar profile?

    “admin” account exactly have same email adress with Gravatar profile. Also we have another account to check this. And he has same email adress on Gravatar. But there isn’t profile photo, still.

    Hi there,

    From examining the source code of your site it seems that your site is pulling from a different Gravatar than the one you have set for @ilteriss. We are not familiar with the Zox News theme, but have you confirmed with your theme providers to make sure that there is not a separate setting that is pulling in the author Gravatar, or some other issue they have seen and may be more familiar with?

    On our end your Gravatar account appears to be working correctly so we’re not sure that there is anything else we can try on this end to help your site connect to the correct profile. Thanks!
