Gravatar Preview not showing at Crop Step

  I am trying to load a new pic (less than 1mb) to the gravatar page and it will not appear when the crop page appears, and shows no image if I skip past that. Thoughts?

  I had this issue too and it was due to the fact that my image was HUGE but that doesn’t sound like yours is. I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.   Does the image appear at this link of previously uploaded images?

  Can you select it on that page and try cropping it, please? Let me know if it still won’t let you crop.
