Gravatar image not loading

    I was trying to update my Gravatar photo and was directed to these forums for support
    When I tried to update my Gravatar image, I got blank squares when I got to the crop tool. I tried again and got the same thing. I removed my old photo and tried again with the same result. Now I have no photo. Help!
