  I want to add my plug-in – instabuilder – and i wanted to ask if i need upgrade to do that or not?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Most of the popular plugins are included automatically within all the site hosted on WordPress.com. Other plugins can’t be added to WordPress.com regardless of the upgrade.

  If you want to get buttons on your site, then perhaps you may consider self-hosting WordPress.ORG.
