Front page widget area missing

  Hello… I’m using the latest WordPress and so finding answers is really hard!

  I’m using the Sela theme, but I can’t access the ‘Front page widget area’.

  I’ve made my homepage static, so why can I only use the footer area?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
