"Format" Type & Custom Menus Not Functioning

I just noticed today that one of the links on my Custom Menu is bringing up a “404: Page Not Found” message. The “Photography” link on my Custom Menu is linking to: http://noellembrooks.com/type/gallery/ and has always worked in the past. This page should link to all posts marked as the “Gallery” format.
After trying to find any errors in my Custom Menu, I found that I cannot edit any Custom Menus. When clicking “Save Menu,” I receive an error that reads: “A name is required for this term” even when no edit has been made or I try to create a new menu.
I did change my blog address a few weeks ago, though I am using a custom domain. Could this be the root of the issue?

There is a weird thing going on with custom menus. I think your blog may be affected like others are reporting. Please post into this thread https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/menu-troubleshooting-1?replies=9

Regarding the 404 error, are you seeing it on any other pages on your site or only that one? We’re still trying to figure out what’s causing this, so the more information we can collect, the faster we’ll be able to solve this.
