  Between writing and hitting the Submit button, posting here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/p2-theme-where-is-the-to-do-widget-or-options?replies=15#post-2474135 was closed, so here is my additional answer for Lorelle:

  But Lorelle, P2 and O2 are different creatures to the Classic WP Admin interface. Accept them for what they are. I know you can. :)
