Floating sidebar as you scroll down

    I would like to place an additonal floating sidebar that follows as you to scroll down the screen as a moving header.

    Someone recommended “Shareaholic” as it is the ability for readers to easily click share and then can also follow you on social media

    Is there such a widget available in WordPress or could one be a plugin?

    How would I go about completing this in my present theme of Able
