filename as captions?

    Hi! Just a question to more experienced users: how (if indeed) can you transform an image file name into a caption? Let’s say, you insert a gallery with pictures from 01.jpg to 09.jpg. Instead of manually inserting captions for every picture I would prefer to make the file name the caption, as in filename 01.jpg will become caption 01 or even 01.jpg. Is there a solution to automate this process?

    i don’t think there is such a automated process. however, if your place your cursor over the picture it will show the file name. perhaps you can make use of that and do away with the captions.
