Export Not Working

I’m trying to create a backup of my blog but when I use the Export Tool it says firefox cannot find the file. Is there an issue with the export utility?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I had the same/similar problem several times in the past, and I’ve found it’s usually (but not always) related to the browser (also Firefox for me).
My solution may (or may not) work for you – worth a shot in the meantime:
1. Update Firefox to the latest version (v31.0).
2. AdBlock (some versions or forks) may be interfering, so DISABLE it during your backup process. (AdBlock may or may not have fixed its own issues since my last backup.)
3. Export the backup XML file to your local machine’s desktop instead of directly to (say) cloud storage like Google Drive.
4. Then upload to your favourite storage (hard drive, cloud, &c).
I’ve found that saving the backup file directly to Google Drive tends to (but not always) lead to some kind of problem.
Just now, I had no problems exporting my blog (Ambiru theme, Firefox 31.0, Windows XP).

Thanks for the suggestion. I was already on v31.0 and was saving directly to my local machine so neither was impacting me. I do not use AdBlock but I did go in and disable the pop-up blocker but still got the same result. Here is the message I get: Firefox can’t find the file at https://travelsandtrifles.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php?download=true&content=all&cat=0&post_author=0&post_start_date=0&post_end_date=0&post_status=0&page_author=0&page_start_date=0&page_end_date=0&page_status=0&submit=Download+Export+File.

If you let me know which blog you are trying to export, I can generate an export file for you and email it to you.
