Exclude certain blogs from a topic in Reader

    For example I follow the topic, Spirituality but I want to prevent posts from certain blogs from being visible in my feed. Or specify a topic to follow but exclude associated topics. For example, I want to follow Spirituality, but at the same time exclude posts tagged with Bible Study, Christianity, Illuminati, etc from showing up for me. Is there a way of doing these things?
