    when I go to Media, there is a place to write an excerpt or description. How do get excerpt or description to show when clicking on a photo to enlarge it from gallery view?

    Hey there, there are a bunch of gallery options available. Try using the Tiled Gallery then select whichever option you like (square, for example) and the images will be automatically handled for you. Want to give that a try?
