Hi! When I try to add a portfolio template page to my blog (ckmccoy.wordpress.com) it says the editor has encountered an unexpected error and the prompt allows me to copy the following error code:

Hi there,
I’m not sure what you steps you are taking to “add a portfolio template page” can you walk us through that in more detail?
Are you adding a specific block to your page? Or are you changing a “page template” setting instead? What page are you trying to do this on?
We would like to re-trace your exact steps and see if we see the same error message, thanks!

Hi! So sorry for my slow response! So the steps that I am taking are:
1) clicking on “add new page” from within the pages tab in my account
2) then selecting one of the templates from the portfolio options shown thereUsually at that point it would give me the error. I tried to do that a few minutes ago and it gave me the error while I was considering which template to select from the options, but before I had actually selected one. It seemed as if it had timed out, so I closed and reopened my browser, went through the same steps and then quickly chose a template and it looks like it let me create the page now.
Hopefully that extra bit of info helps, but right now it looks like I was able to do what I wanted. Thank you for checking in and let me know if I can provide any other context/info for this issue! -
Hi again,
Thanks for following up. I tried this on my end and was able to choose a “portfolio” template from the list of options and had no issues. I’m glad you were able to get unstuck as well. If this happens again please let us know!
