error establishing a database connection randomly coming

Hi there so basically im building website for my client.
Ive finished everything but after optimizing it for phone and tablet and after that ive noticed the issue that sometimes when i load the website i get the error establishing a database connection.
After i reload the page few times it works alright again. How can i fix this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
