Email issues

    I am Lorrie Williams contact in WordPress specialist. I don’t understand why the issue with my email address have not been resolved. I have spoke to several person’s in the chat about this email problem, I have followed every step that was recommended to me, in account setting it asked me to verify my email so I click on resend email then it ask for verification and check email inbox or spam, I cannot verify the email if the email address is incorrect there are two L, Williams not one and the correct email address( (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    please do not send me back to the same settings that I have tried seven times and they do not work please help me with this issue
