email forwarding

    Hi,

    I have transferred my domain to my WordPress website but it keeps saying to verify my email by an email they have sent to my inbox. But so far I have received no such email.

    Can you please help me?

    Hey there @shiv781, I noticed you’ve got a trial for Professional Email, which is different from our email forwarder. Were you trying to make a forwarder in addition to the Professional Email, or are you having trouble with setting up the Professional Email? Let us know and we can go from there!

    For what it’s worth, I’m fairly sure it’s an either/or situation: you can have free forwarders, or you can use another email service (like the Professional Email we offer here.) We can confirm though once we understand what you hope to do. Thanks!

    Oh — also, if the forwarding email is different from the one here on your account, can you let us know what address you’re trying to forward to? That can help us troubleshoot too. The public won’t be able to see the address you type here; only staff will.
