    Hi there!

    Just to confirm, are you trying to reset the password to access your Professional Email inbox? If yes, please click here and enter the email address (your Professional Email address). A password email link will be sent to the ‘password reset email address’ you entered when setting up your mailbox.

    You can follow the instructions on that email to reset the password and log in.
