Is it true that I can’t edit my home page thumbnails using wordpress.com? I’m using it to host my art portfolio site, so it’s pretty important that the thumbnails make sense. Right now, they are cropped incorrectly, how can I fix this? My site is http://karllevyart.wordpress.com/

Hi,

I suppose you were talking about the thumbnail of each portfolio item? I can see that they’re cropped right now. How would you like them to show up?

Yes, that’s what I was talking about…Well I wanted to be able to edit them so that they show a decent preview of the image, for example if I had a link to an image of a character, I would want the thumbnail to be of their face or even their whole body, rather than their torso with the head cut off. I’ve looked all over for a solution and there seems to be an option to edit the thumbnail in WordPress.org, but I don’t see one in the free version.
