  I am editing my post; adding spaces between paragraphs.
  I can’t see them when I publish the post.
  I can see the changes on the visual editor.
  Seems like are not really making any changes ?
  I have delete Chrome cache and cookies, but not effect.
  Any suggestion ?

  Could you switching to Text tab and add
  tag between paragraphs and see if it sticks?
