E-mail notifications for readers dissapeared

    Hi there!
    I’ve been trying to get help from you for a problem I have with WordPress. I guess this is the best way to contact you? I couldn’t find any answers to my problem in the ‘support area’ of the website.

    My problem is that after I updated to the latest version of WordPress, my subscribed readers don’t get an email notification of the post anymore (with the full text). I have tried the settings under discussion, but they are all good. I tried installing a plug in called ‘Post Notification by Email (Old Notify Users Email)’ but this isn’t the right one, it only sends me a (simple) email telling me a post has been published.

    What do I do to get the emails to my subscribers once a new post is published?

    You are posting to the wrong support forum to get help with that site.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
