Drop Down Menu on side

On my page I have the three short lines on the upper right hand side that is a drop down menu, that has my homepage, blog, and contact section. How can I move that so that each word appears under my title in the center of my blog? SO confused. Please help. Thank You

Hi there,
The site you link to uses a completely different theme from the one on your site. That site uses the Penscratch theme while your site uses the Apostrophe theme. How the menu displays is determined by how the theme is designed.
How the menu displays can also change based on screen size. If you’re seeing a menu icon on your site instead of an actual menu, it’s because you are viewing your site on a smaller screen. On larger screens the menu displays in full – here is what I see if you look at your site:
