Drop-down Menu for Categories/Posts

    I want to have my posts listed under a single drop-down menu instead of having each category cluttering up the top-level nav. So, the top level list would be by Category, and then each post nested under those accordingly, OR just one list of all the Categories, whereby the reader is taken to the category page with all its related posts. Can this be done? I’m using the Twenty Sixteen Theme.
