Hi,
I purchased the BASIS theme and to start using it and design my blog I’d need to install plugins from my hosted server. But I can not find the folder of this theme in wp-content.
How could I do it?

There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

Have you consulted the theme description here? http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/basis/
and the support page at http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/basis/support/
Here’s the live demo site link http://basisdemo.wordpress.com/Basis is a premium theme that is licensed and coded to run on WordPress.COM software only and cannot be exported an used on a WordPress.ORG install.
Part of what you purchased is support direct from the theme’s designer. The person with the username account who purchased the theme can post to the Premium Theme Support forum for the theme to get help with it http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/basis in the Premium Theme Support forum.

I checked http://www.bidital.com/ and I found that it is using WordPress, but it is not hosted here at WordPress.com right now.
It looks like you may have setup two separate hosting accounts, one here at WordPress.com where you purchased the theme and another somewhere else where http://www.bidital.com/ is setup.
I can try to help you get everything sorted. The first thing to do is figure out where you want your final hosting to be. A WordPress.com setup has some limitations compared to a WordPress.org setup, and this page attempts to display the differences: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Check out that page first, and then let me know if you have any questions about hosting.
Note that you may get a refund for a WordPress.com premium theme within 30 days of purchase. You should only need to do that if you meant to setup a self-hosted WordPress.org install though.

Hi,
I’d like to use wordpress.org to be able of using the plugins of the Basis theme. I guess I have to delete first the current accounts.
If you can help me it would be great.
Tks -
Premium themes at WordPress.com are not currently available for download and install on WordPress.org themes, but that’s something we’d like to change in the future!
Also, just so I’ve noted it, you get all the features of the Basis theme mentioned at http://wordpress.com/themes/basis/ here at WordPress.com too. However, if you want to install plugins, then you do need a WordPress.org setup.
If you are sticking with WordPress.org, that’s also no problem! To get a refund for the Basis theme from WordPress.com, go to https://bidital.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades and click the “Cancel and Refund” button. Then, you can purchase Basis through the theme maker’s site at https://thethemefoundry.com/wordpress-themes/basis/ and that one will work for your WordPress.org setup.
One more note, I did noticed that you purchased the bidital.com domain name here at WordPress.com. Because of that, you’ll want to make sure to renew just the domain here at WordPress.com when it comes due (or transfer it to another registrar where you renew it) in the future even though it’s separate from your other hosting account.
