This domain is currently not in redemption and can be restored pending the domain registration fee.

Out of curiosity, I see the pro plan was currently purchased – are you looking to re-purchase a plan on WordPress.com?

Thank you. We’re attempting to transfer our domain to another provider. I’ve tried getting the authorization code multiple times but I don’t receive anything. There’s also nothing under spam.

Hey there,

Because the domain was in redemption and re-registered, this now puts the domain into an ICANN imposed transfer lock for the next 60 days.

In that time, it’s not possible to transfer the domain to another registrar, however it’s possible to use the domain with another provider with custom DNS settings – https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/
