I can see, that my domain from my Company now is linking to my website, but I can´t chance the settings, so the main name will be lauridsenitanzania.dk and not the wordpress.com. Can you help me with that??
My Company can´t chance the settings, so that it will be:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

You need to change the nameservers at the domain registrar, which appears to be http://www.dandomain.dk/ for your domain. You will also need the WordPress.com staff to set a zone record, so Ill mark this for staff attention

The zone record has already been added.
Looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet. Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMFor more information, please visit the help documentation provided by the registrar and our support page:

Because I have a .dk domaine. The Company can´t chance the settings to be:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMThats why the Company is pointing to wp with an ip-adress. And when i go to my new domain, i get to my wordpress website, but there is still standing …..wordpress.com. How can I get it to be my new domain?

You can set your primary domain at https://lauridsenitanzania.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains . Note that this can cause issues because the nameserver records aren’t changed.
If you have issues feel free to cancel your domain mapping upgrade at https://lauridsenitanzania.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
Sorry for the inconvenience.
