I am trying to change the domain name, the domain name wich I am trying to change with is not hosted by wordpress but I have a transfer code, and when I try to change the domain from isballebrach.com to psychologue-brach-sceaux.fr it says there is an error

Hi there, I see that isabellebrach.com is hosted here on WordPress.com.
Because the domain you are trying to transfer is a .fr TLD, it won’t be possible at this time and likely the cause of the error https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/#which-tl-ds-extensions-can-i-transfer-to-word-press-com
However, you can keep your .fr domain with your current registrar and then connect it to your WordPress.com site instead. Instructions for doing so are linked in that support guide I linked to above.

Hi @isabellebrach! I can see you’ve mapped the domain. Good work. :) If you want the .fr domain to be the address that appears in the address bar, instead of the .com address you registered, you can mange that here:
https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/Just click the dots next to the other domain, and you’ll see an option to make it primary. Or you can keep the .com address as primary.
