Domain Change (Premium Account)

    Hi there,

    I was wondering if it is possible to change a domain name if it is one I have paid a registration for. For example:
    Let’s say I had awesomeirons.com but I wanted to change it to awesomeironing.com.

    Providing “awesomeironing.com” was an available domain, would this be possible? or would I have to cancel my current domain and start again?

    Hi there,

    1. As you have premium account, it will better to get in contact with staff member through live chat feature to resolve your query faster,

    2. If you have registered your domain within last 48 hours then you can cancel it and get new domain (provided it is available) without any additional cost.

    3. Once domain is cancelled there is no guarantee you would get the same domain again, please make note of this.

    @robertbunting, domains can be cancelled within the first 5 days, but not after that. You would have to purchase the new domain separately and then we could change things around so that the new domain name was on your site.
