  i have bought a domain already at godaddy. i want to use it with free wordpress.com website of mine. how to do that?

  After that, you can transfer or assign that domain:
  https://wordpress.com/support/incoming-domain-transfer/
  https://wordpress.com/support/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
