Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

I did not purchase the domain under my account. And we are hosting the domain through Wix at this point. However, we cannot renew the domain with Wix. The account that originally purchased the domain is no longer managed.
