does code exist to change the site title font fill colour?
-
I am new to programming. I like the font for my site title — FF Prater Block — but think it would pop much better against my background if I could “fill” it white. Right now it is transparent. Whenever I try code words like “colour”, or “fill”, or “font-fill” nothing happens. Any advice? Is this even possible?
thanks so much!

You would need the CSS upgrade to change the color of your title.

I do have the upgrade, but I noticed that under “colour” where I can mess around with my theme it was “Your current theme does not support Custom Colors yet.” Does this apply to even changing font colours?

1) “Does not support Custom Colors yet” means you can’t change colors via simple clicks: you have to add coding in the CSS editor.
2) The transparency is part of the design of the font: you can’t change that via CSS editing. What you can do is use an image instead of the actual title (and hide the actual title in Appearance > Header).
