DNS not working

    Using WordPress.com as my domain provider for a WordPress.org blog, metsploration.com (a result of a guided transfer). I am attempting to set up Outlook.com custom email, and was told to add an MX and TXT records. I have added the records as instructed and waited, but still get the message (from microsoft) “You need to prove ownership of this domain by creating a DNS record. Use the settings below.”

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The blog you specified at metsploration.com does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.

    You need to change the MX & TXT records on your new site at Godaddy. That is because metsploration.com. is pointed to Godaddy, your visitors never get to WordPress.COM, your visitors go straight to your new site on Godaddy

    Godaddy should be able to help you with the format or the folks at WordPress.ORG
