Desktop App Freezing

When I open the desktop app on my Mac it opens to the stat page. It stays open for a few seconds, but doesn’t respond to anything I do, then it goes to a blank screen and won’t do anything else from there. I’ve tried to sign out and that didn’t work, and I have even deleted the app and it wouldn’t work when I re-downloaded. What else can I do to make the app work?

Have you installed any recent updates to your Mac?
Which version of the app are you running?Please try to uninstall the app, restart your computer, and then reinstall the app.
