Delete account

    I’d like to delete my account but it’s saying i have active purchases and to delete I must cancel purchases but when I go to my purchases there is not a cancel button. I need help with this.

    Hi there, someone has tagged this for Staff attention to remove the Premium theme from your above site. Premium themes are a one-time purchase, if you have another WordPress.com account/website, you can request Staff to move the theme there. Let them know if this is something you’d like to do before deleting this account.

    Hi there,

    I’ve removed the Lenscap theme that was still active on your site, so you should now be able to close your account.
