Creating Table/Columns with out border/outline
-
Hi,
I am relatively new to wordpress but I am trying to take a list of names and post it on our website it two columns. I used table builder in one of our plugins, but I still have horizontal lines where each row starts/ends. I want the list to look like individual columns, not a table but this was the only way to create columns in the visual editor.
Disclaimer: I am not good with HTML.
This is the code that is showing before my table — can anyone help?
<table style=”height: 552px; width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; border-style: none;”>
<tbody>
<tr style=”height: 24px;”> -
Hey there,
What is the URL for the website your are attempting to add this table to?
Here is some WordPress.com documentation on creating HTML tables with links to a Table Generator site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/advanced-html/#tables.
Also please be aware that this forum is designed to help clients hosted by WordPress.com. For more information on the difference between the two please check out this link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org.
If your site is self-hosted and you are in need of support you may be able to find an answer on the WordPress.org support page at the link provided: https://wordpress.org/support/ or as an alternative you may want to contact your hosting provider.
Hopefully this helps!
Cheers
