Copycat blogs?

  I’ve noticed that sometimes I post a blogpost, and within a short time, some other blog has copied my entire post and supposedly link to me. These blogs seem to be nothing but a collection of posts plagiarized from other blogs. They don’t seem to be monetized, so what gives?
