Copy and paste in the widget??

  I have adjusted to the new wordpress. However, I would really like the option of being able to copy and paste in widgets. In the old version, the option was there. Why can’t I copy and paste in this new version

  You can’t cut and paste anything into the widgets? Can you highlight with your mouse? Because one way is highlighting the text you want. Then press at the same time Ctrl c which copies the text. Then press at the same time Ctrl v to paste it.
