"continue reading" in post excerpts

Hello, I’m using Nikau Theme. I must change “continue reading” in post excerpts on the homepage with Italian “continua”.
Months ago I wrote Italian translations up to 88% of strings on translate.wordpress.com, but I’m still waiting for validation.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your suggested translations were reviewed. Could you add a few more suggestions so that the theme reaches 85% or above?

Hi bettatosoni,

The theme is now over 85% completed and the translations will be live within 24 hours.

The reviewer mentioned that there were several typos and mistakes.
