@nickvallee
The issue is that the blogger is not using the classic editor. When he/she does that this will be resolved. -

Thanks for your help. How do you switch to classic editor? Classic is what i am used to but i deactivated an old blog and started a new one and the new one came with the new interface and this new interface is driving me crazy. Ive pretty much worked everything out apart from how to add the contact form.

@nickvallee
I predate all support docs and all support Staff members being on Staff except for one. After doing this for ten years I ought to know the answers. And I tag all threads so others can use tag search to locate answers. :) -
We have two user interfaces now and two editors. I use only the classic editor, and not the new so-called “improved” editor.
The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL
You cannot deactivate the new Beep Beep Boop editor but you do not have to use it. For locating the ways and means of accessing the legacy or classic pages for creating posts, editing posts, and for viewing stats see here > Navigating the Classic WordPress.COM interface http://onecoolsite.wordpress.com/2015/04/05/navigating-the-classic-wordpress-com-interface/
On the dashboard of your own blog at
Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New*http://REPLACE_WITH_ ACTUAL _NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
To create posts in the classic editor for you that link is:
http://cruiselineacademy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
On the dashboard of your own blog at
Dashboard > Posts > All Posts one can hover over any post title and click the Edit link. and proceed with editing.*http://REPLACE_WITH_ ACTUAL _NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php
To edit posts in the classic editor go to
http://cruiselineacademy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php
Hope this helps and best wishes with your blog.

Thank you for your help. New interface is stupid and not user friendly at all. Sorted the contact form in the classic. Thanks again
