  Are there standard methods in WordPress to put a link from a “column” block?
  If there is no such way, then tell me how to do it.

  It’s not possible to link from a column. But you can link from content within a column.

  I need a link from a column.
  Other plugins solve this problem.
  I do not understand why the developers of Gutenberg (WordPress) do not contribute such a necessary feature.
  Perhaps there is some kind of hook or code that allows you to assign a link to a column?

  That’s not possible on the wordpress.com platform without upgrading to the Business Plan.
