Clone domain site says its unreachable
-
Hello,
My work place has had a site in wordpress for some time now and recently i have been tasked with maintaining and updating the website.
I created a clone of this website to act as my testing grounds. something that will not and cannot affect the main site in any way possible. i created this site as a subdomain with the purpose of staging. however, now that i have made my changes in the back end i realize that i cannot view the clone domain site on the browser. This is the screen i am greeted with when i try to take a look at the front end of the site:
Can anyone help me resolve this issue? please and thank you.

Hello there,
The optimumorigens.com site is not hosted at WordPress.com, which means it is self-hosted. You can see the details about it here: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/optimumorigens.com.
Your current hosting provider is BlueHost. You can refer to this guide to see how to work with staging sites at BlueHost: https://www.bluehost.com/help/article/wordpress-how-to-create-a-staging-site
How do you get help for a WordPress site not Hosted on WordPress.com?
We offer hosting, support, and domain registration services for sites hosted on WordPress.com. However, we are unable to offer support or access for sites not hosted on our platform.Note that WordPress.org is the software installed on hosting providers like BlueHost or Pressable. Our WordPress.com support team can’t help with those sites. Check our tutorial https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/ to understand the differences between the two platforms.
Please check out this guide to learn how to receive support for WordPress.org sites: https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/#word-press-org-support
Move your site to WordPress.com to get support from us
