clicking on ‘upload image’ causes all browser windows to close instant.y

    To be clear, this is my first try with this service. I have another blog elsewhere so I have some familiarity with the process.

    That said, everytime I try to upload a photo, as soon as I click on the upload button, all browser windows close down – even those not in use by WordPress. At first I thought it was the template I was using, but it does this on all the templates I tried.

    I cleared the cache memory and started the process again with the same results.

    Any suggestions?

    It would be helpful to know which browser and browser version you are using. Have you tried the same process from an alternate browser or computer to see if the problem is isolated to the particular browser setup you are using? If you contact us directly, we can try to help you figure out what is causing this problem.
