Cirkels as categories?

Hello! I am completely new to making web-pages and using WP. So I’m going to need some help, explained to a WP-beginner/child =) I’ve installed the theme Spun and made it a Spun Child theme. Now what I would like to do is to make the circles contain categories. I’m a musician so I would like to have ex: music, video, contact as categories in the circles, and posts when you click on each category. I would also like to keep it the way it looks with text and image in circle. This is my page now: http://www.thildapersson.com
