Checkbox to enable floating menu in Outspoken theme

    I’ve been working with the Outspoken wordpress.com theme and the sections menu has become unpinned; it’s no longer sticky/”floating” when scrolling. I remember there was a checkbox somewhere to make this a “floating” menu. Can you tell me where I can find it again?
