Hi, all:

Another question here. How do I go about changing the profile info associated with my account? I’m specifically trying to change the social media handle (the @____ name) associated with my account. Is this linked to my email address? Or can this be changed separately?

Hi,

On your profile page, https://wordpress.com/me, the name following the “@” symbol below the Gravatar image is your username. If there is a different name above that, then the top name is your “public display name” or nickname.

The username may be changed as described in the Change Your Username support page. The nickname, if one is used, may be changed at your profile page by editing the “Public Display Name” field, and saving the change.
