Changing from wpcomstaging url

Add topic to favorites
Hello, I created a new website which is self hosted and successfully exported my content. I also wanted to migrate my followers. I tried to do so. But I am not able to choose my old wpcomstaging.com url from the drop down menu. So I am not able to migrate. What can I do? Please help me.

Hi @sunipukadiyil, it might be because the site is kind of in limbo right now, on that server without a business plan.

I’ll transfer the the followers for you; can you confirm the name of the new site, given that the one I see seems to be a different site?

After that do you want to downgrade it properly? This will revert your changes since adding plugins, but you’ll be able to migrate any new followers after that.

Hi there,

I have successfully transferred your followers. As for your old site please note that the downgrade process will delete all of its data so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
