change text distribution within posts and show titles on mainpage faster

    Good afternoon,

    I kindly need some help with http://jurnaldehoinar.com/ , if the following 2 customizations are available:

    – being able to write posts within frames or to use different other text boxes to highlight content or certain passages when needed. Is this possible with CSS?

    – when hoovering the mouse over circles on mainpage, is it possible to show titles faster and decrease the lag?
